Who are we?
Mays Floorplans provide property marketing services to corporate and private clients in London and selected areas of the UK. Our services include floorplans, Energy Performance Certificates, property photographs, lease plans and other bespoke property services as arranged.
How do we collect information from you?
We do not track general use of our website.
Information is collected from you when you complete our online booking form (using the Book Now form), when you contact us by email and/or when you phone us with an enquiry, booking or job application.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, telephone number and other details about your organisations and requirements. The information you provide may include personal information relating to your customers (for instance vendor or tenant information) or other individuals and there is a tick box on our online order form to indicate you have the appropriate approval in place to release personal information relating to individuals other than yourself.
How is your information used?
We may use your information to:
- process orders that you have submitted;
- carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us;
- seek your views or comments on the services we provide;
- notify you of changes to our services;
- discuss services you provide on behalf of Mays Floorplans;
- process a job application.
If you have opted in to our marketing newsletter we may use your information to send you marketing communications that may be of interest to you. These may include information about promotions, new services and other activities relevant to property marketing and property management.
All vendor and/or tenant details are deleted from our systems after 30 days of the date on which the booking is completed.

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: Mays Floorplans have data sharing agreements in place with our Third party suppliers who may be processing information on our behalf to ensure the security of all personal information at all times. We share only information that is necessary to deliver the service requested.

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. Information provided for the purposes of ordering a service from us will only be used to in relation to your order.

Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is entered directly into our secure payment portal (Payzone from Barclaycard) and our processes are in line with current credit or debit card information processing guidelines.

As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
